Can you relate?

You keep telling yourself that you've exhausted your search for why your child is bedwetting?, and now….you’re stuck?

Are you trying to focus more on your child's health but at the same time needing to take off the pressures of life?

Or maybe you’ve have sought medical advice and you still haven't found the right recommendations or treatments for your child.

... a lot of parents simply can't figure out what to do on their own - now there is help to start discovering the ROOT cause

So what are your options?

Well, you can allow your child or teen's sleep disorder to take hold of you both psychologically and physically

You try to kick the problem yourself and have to deal with a lot of mental stress and physical side effects that can really throw you

Or you can, like many people, feel it's simply easier to put a bandaid on it and pretend they'll "grow out of it"

... keep denying the red flags of a sleep disorder

In my search to find out about a questionnaire that I could stand behind, I found just that in the Sleep Disorders Inventory for Students which helps identify and correct ~ 87% of the major and most common sleep disorders in children and teens.

Have access on all platforms

The SDIS is an online screener that is available on all platforms.  I believe that every child should have the opportunity to be screened just like they all receive routine vision and hearing screenings.  Approximately five times as many children and adolescents have sleep problems/disorders than vision and hearing problems, which cause learning and/or behavior problems.

If your child or teenager has one or more symptoms of a major sleep disorder it is important to correct them as soon as possible because most of them cause either cognitive (memory and processing problems), learning, behavioral, and/or health problems.  These sleep problems can significantly impair your child’s school performance, health and safety.
